Terms of Service

ATSOptimized is a SaaS application that uses AI technology to help users create ATS-optimized resumes and personalized cover letter drafts based on their information and job descriptions. The Service includes:

• AI-powered resume optimization for applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Resume creation and editing tools
• Generation of personalized cover letter drafts
• A job application tracker to manage your applications

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Paid plans are offered either as one-time credit purchases or as subscriptions billed monthly.

• Automatic renewal:

  subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You will be charged to your payment method on file on each renewal date.

• Cancellation:

  you can cancel at any time through the subscription manager (Stripe customer portal) linked in your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
• One-time credit purchases do not renew and are consumed as you use the Service.

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately (AI generations begin as soon as you use your credits), purchases are generally non-refundable once the Service has been used. If you have not used any credits or generations from a purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase by emailing team@atsoptimized.com .

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence.

By using the Service, you agree that:

• Generated resumes and cover letters are drafts and examples. You are responsible for reviewing, personalizing, and verifying all content before using it in a real job application.
• You will not enter false information into your resume or use the Service to misrepresent your qualifications.
• You will not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or disrupt the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we detect abuse or violations of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service and all generated content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome, or that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific application.
• AI-generated content can contain errors or inconsistencies. Review everything carefully before you use it.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, rejected applications, lost income, reputational harm, data loss, or service interruptions arising out of your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

ATSOptimized does not process payments directly on the website. All payments are handled securely by Stripe, a third-party payment provider.

• Your payment details are never stored on our servers
• All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe
• Stripe is a PCI Level 1 service provider, the highest level of payment security certification
